Bring a donation of $50 or more to be used in our Gala auction and enjoy wine, hors d’oeuvres and an awe-inspiring view of Downtown Buffalo and Lake Erie at one of New York State’s highest rooftop bars!

    Our 2nd Women Who Move the City event on April 30th at Hotel Lafayette from 5:30pm – 8:30 pm will recognize our female volunteers, as well as women who volunteer throughout the Western New York Area.     On Saturday, May 31, Bigs and Littles took over the Buffalo Bills Training Center for an exhilarating Flag Football Tournament—complete with 40‑yard dashes, flag‑pulling drills, and agility courses—powered by the NFL’s Inspire Change initiative.   • United Way Day of Caring

    Every year, the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County holds a “Day of Caring” when corporate partners pick a project from a United Way affiliate and volunteer with that organization for one day. On Wednesday, August 15th employees from Ernst & Young joined BBBSEC and volunteered as a “Big for a Day”. Each employee was paired up with one child (their “Little”) who is currently enrolled with BBBSEC and waiting for their own Big Brother or Big Sister. Throughout the morning, each match played Beach Bingo, Shoe Scramble, participated in a balloon race and spent their time enjoying the nice weather and each other’s company.
