Bigs and Littles Welcome Fall at the Annual Harvest Festival

A photo of a group of children painting and creating crafts.

On Saturday, September 21st, we celebrated the start of the fall season at our annual Harvest Festival, a day filled with laughter, fun, and togetherness. Our Bigs and Littles gathered to enjoy a host of autumn-inspired activities. From creative arts & crafts to a lively game of Bingo, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The energy on the field was infectious, with kids and their mentors playing football and participating in classic field day games.

One of the day’s highlights was the spirited tug-of-war between the Bigs and Littles, where both teams gave it their all and shared plenty of laughs along the way. Participants also got to sip on apple cider and hot chocolate, adding a warm and cozy touch to the crisp fall air. As the festival came to a close, each child left with their very own pumpkin, a sweet memento of the day’s fun. Thank you to our friends at Variety Club and our Pathways to Healthy Living Sponsors – Dion’s Dreamers, Highmark BCBS of WNY and Ingram Micro for their support to help make this year’s Harvest Festival a wonderful celebration of community and connection.
