BBBS Ray Davis Buffalo Bills Littles Meetup

In an exciting event last week, a group of Bigs and Littles from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara & the Southern Tier had the unforgettable opportunity to meet Buffalo Bills Running Back Ray Davis at Highmark Stadium. This exclusive experience included a personal tour of the stadium, a swag bag with Bills gear, and time spent on the field with Davis, who is not only a celebrated NFL athlete but also a former Little.

As part of the “Game Changers” initiative by Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Davis has embraced his role in helping youth navigate challenges, build resilience, and access life-changing mentorship. This nationwide initiative brings together influential leaders like Davis to champion mentorship as a transformative tool for young people, promoting awareness and creating opportunities for the next generation.

Davis, a Game Changer both on and off the field, exemplifies what it means to give back to his community. His journey – highlighted recently on the NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football” and featured in a Buffalo Bills article – reflects how mentorship and resilience play a vital role in a young person’s success. By sharing his story, Davis inspires others to support programs like Big Brothers Big Sisters that empower youth through meaningful mentorship connections.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ray Davis and the Buffalo Bills organization for their ongoing support and commitment to creating a lasting impact on the youth in the western New York region. As we work together to spread awareness locally and nationally, we invite our community to join us in our mission. Mentorship changes lives – become a Big today and help us continue building a brighter future for our Littles.

Stay tuned for more opportunities to follow Ray’s journey with us this season as we work to recruit more mentors and make a difference in our community!
