Our Work

Town Hall Discussion

In July 2020, Bigs were invited to a Town Hall Discussion about social justice and racism in our local community. Led by agency Board President, Dr. Christine Farrow, and Reverend Edward Jackson, Jr. from Friendship Baptist Church in Buffalo, NY, the conversation included ideas for ways for Bigs to talk to their Littles about these topics.

Sparking Conversations

In December 2020, Buffalo Bills Cornerback, Josh Norman, invited Bigs and Littles for a virtual conversation with him about his career, what inspires him and his commitment to social justice.

Trainings & Engagement Opportunities

The agency continues to offer Bigs, Littles and the families of Littles, a variety of listening and learning opportunities focused around justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, as well as information about community engagement.
