Spring and Summer in Buffalo mean a lot of things. Sunshine, heatwaves (but maybe a little hail here and there, who knows!), trips to the beach, cook-outs, and of course flip flops! Fruit Roll-Up Sushi– A fun & tasty way to introduce your Little to new cuisine.  What you need: Box of Fruit Roll-ups Jar of Marshmallow Fluff (green food coloring if you want to make it look like Wasabi) Rice Krispies Swedish Fish Directions: Roll out Fruit Roll-up, spread fluff, add Rice Krispies and Swedish fish. Roll back up and cut into regular sushi size pieces. To add more fun, purchase some “kid friendly” sushi like California or Avocado Rolls and serve as your main meal.  Again, this is a great way to introduce new cuisine and make it fun!
