Mentorship Changes Everything
At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara & the Southern Tier, we believe every young person deserves someone in their corner.
For 50 years, we have connected young people with caring adult mentors who show up, listen, encourage and help them see what’s possible. Through professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships, our Bigs and Littles build connections rooted in friendship, trust and consistency.
Today, we serve young people throughout Erie and Niagara counties and the Southern Tier of New York, creating relationships that help build confidence, strengthen connections and open doors to new possibilities.
More than 12,500 young people have been part of our story – and we’re just getting started.
